BeyondPX Studio provides professionally designed Wix Studio templates and digital assets intended for use in website creation and customization.

 

All products sold are digital goods delivered via Wix Marketplace or direct download.

 

 

2. License & Usage

 

When you purchase a BeyondPX Studio template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for:

 

• One (1) website project

• Either personal or commercial use

 

You may:

 

  • Customize the template

  • Use it for yourself or a client

  • Publish the website built from the template

 

You may not:

 

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files

  • Upload the template to any marketplace or template library

  • Claim the design as your own or as an original product for sale

 

The template remains the intellectual property of BeyondPX Studio.

 

 

3. Delivery

 

All products are delivered digitally through Wix Marketplace or via a secure download link.

No physical goods are shipped.

 

Once access is granted, delivery is considered complete.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at:

By purchasing a template, you agree to that policy.

 

 

5. Support

 

Template purchases include:

  • Client acquisition

 

Templates are tools — outcomes depend on how they are used.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Lost revenue
