Refund Policy
Because our products are digital templates delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a template has been downloaded, copied, or accessed.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

The template file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.

A technical error prevents delivery of the product.

The product is significantly different from what was described.
All refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made (e.g. Wix Marketplace).
BeyondPX Studio does not directly process payments or refunds.
If Wix determines a refund is justified under their marketplace policy, the refund will be issued by Wix.
License Agreement
When you purchase a BeyondPX Studio template, you receive a single-site, non-transferable license.
This means you may:

Use the template for one website or one client project

Modify, customize, and adapt the design for your needs

Publish the website for yourself or for a paying client
You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template

Share the files with third parties

Use the same template on multiple client projects

Include the template in another template, theme, or product for sale
Each new project requires a new license.
Intellectual Property
All templates, layouts, UI systems, animations, and design structures are the intellectual property of BeyondPX Studio.
Purchasing a template grants you a license to use, not ownership of the design.
